Shiatsu for pregnancy

Shiatsu is extremely beneficial to help manage the many changes that are occurring physically, emotionally and mentally during and after pregnancy, and to help prepare for labour.  A special body-cushion is used to allow for comfortable lying in the face-down, back or side position, even in the later stages of pregnancy. This is helpful for taking the strain off the lower back.  Treatments can address physical pain and discomfort as well as the emotional challenges and anxieties about labour and becoming a parent.
